We are Toucan Tango, a Limited Company who are dedicated in maintaining the trust of all our customers and visitors to our Shopify website. We will never share your personal details nor will we use them without your permission. The following websites we use are; Etsy (the online marketplace we sell our products), Shopify (our website showcasing our work and another platform to sell our products), SumUp (how we process card payments at fairs, festivals & exhibitions) and PayPal (the payment process via our personal website and how we occasionally make & receive payments). All of these websites use cookies in order to collect information from their users. Such information includes, browsing history and products consumers have purchased. Consumer information:
When you purchase a product from us, your name, address, email and phone number will be stored online either by, Shopify, Etsy, SumUp or PayPal. All of which are fully GDPR compliant and your details are kept safe. We will only use your information in regards to your order, either for postage or if for any reason we need to contact you regarding your order. With regards to our accounting, we keep sales records for tax purposes which are held securely online by the third party websites we've mentioned. We will never share your contact details without your consent. We hold no control over the information kept by Shopify, Etsy, Sum Up or PayPal therefore you will need to contact them directly if you wish your data be removed.
Newsletters:
We send out e-newsletters to anyone who has registered their interest in receiving them. The way we do this is by collecting email addresses via a mailing list form at fairs and festivals we attend. We do not rent or trade email addresses with other businesses or organisations. We use a third party provider which is MailChimp to deliver to these e-newsletters.
